How many books can a student check out?
Students may have a maximum of two books checked out at a time. If a book has not been returned or renewed for several weeks, we will assume it has been lost or damaged and may suspend checkouts until the book is returned or paid for.

Books are checked out for two (2) weeks, but students can renew books as needed unless a hold is placed on a book by another student.

Library Rules
- Students are always welcome in the CMS Library, but they must have a note from their language arts teacher or an administrator if they come to the library outside of a regularly scheduled visit, i.e. during smart block.
- Students must sign in if they visit the library and they are not with a class.
- Library computers/printers are used for school-related assignments.
- NO FOOD, DRINK, or GUM in the library.
